Originally Distinct

Originally Distinct paints like the wall said it first: Create Your World, Live In It. The Philadelphia artist, born Duane P. Gordon Jr, brings graffiti technique and inner-city energy to canvases and murals built on the belief that everyone can make something extraordinary. Self-taught, born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia where he keeps his studio, he works across mediums with an unorthodox process rooted in graffiti and traditional painting alike. The name is the thesis: originality as identity, made distinct enough to live in.
