Privacy notice

This notice covers the four forms on this website: reserve a viewing, the artwork inquiry form, the general contact form, and the newsletter subscription form. It does not cover any other way you might contact or visit the gallery.

What we collect
Whatever you enter into the form: your name and contact details, your message, and which work or viewing slot you were asking about if applicable.

Why
Solely to respond to that specific inquiry or booking, except the newsletter form, covered separately below.

Retention
Kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry or booking.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we record your email address and the fact that you consented, so we can send exhibition and fair announcements later. We do not send anything to your address yet. We keep your email only for as long as you stay subscribed; email us at the address below to unsubscribe or ask what we hold on you.

Third-party processing
Only the general contact form is submitted through Formspree, which delivers it to info@jeeumgallery.com by email. Reserve a viewing, the artwork inquiry form, and the newsletter signup are not processed through Formspree. They are stored directly by us, each with a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that runs before your submission is accepted.

Cookies
We do not set tracking, advertising, or identifying cookies of our own. Some pages show a map. The map is loaded from Google, so when you open one of those pages your browser contacts Google directly and Google may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy rather than ours. Pages without a map load nothing from Google. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service that reports only aggregate visit counts and pages viewed. It cannot identify or track you individually, and doesn’t use cookies or any client-side storage. The only cookie-notice-related thing stored in your browser is a note that you’ve seen this banner, so it doesn’t show again.
